Exam Invigilator needed ASAP in an outstanding school in South East London.
The school needs an Exam Invigilator from the 10th of May 2022 to the 23rd of June 2022.
To be considered as an Exam Invigilator, you will ideally have school based experience in a UK Secondary School.
However, the school will consider applicants who are interested in gaining experience as an Exam Invigilator.
If appointed as an Exam Invigilator, you will be required to supervise GCSE and A Level exams.
Standard Exam Invigilator responsibilities apply for this position. These include providing pupils with the right resources, escorting them outside of the exam room if need be and monitoring general behaviour to prevent cheating etc.
Shifts for this Exam Invigilator post will vary from 3 to 4 hours.
Start times will be either 08:30 or 13:00. Finish times for 08:30 will be 12:00 and for 13:00 will be 16:00.
The rates of pay for this Exam Invigilator position will be between £9 to £12 per hour depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

All-through, Reception through to Sixth Form.
The school specialises in Sports & Health, with a lot of importance placed on Physical, Mental and Social Wellbeing.
In terms of attainment and results, the school had a Progress 8 score of 0.54 for 2018 - 2019. This placed it in the top 18% of schools nationally.
In addition to everything, the local community has provided positive feedback towards the pupils, saying they are very well mannered and behaved.
Requirements
This is a great opportunity for a graduate looking to get experience of working in schools or an experienced Exam Invigilator.
Applications are also welcome if you are a British trained Exam Invigilator or overseas trained Exam Invigilator.
All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position as a Exam Invigilator:
- Right to work in the UK
- Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
- English & Maths GCSE or an overseas equivalent
- Experience of working as an Exam Invigilator in UK Secondary schools
