Job Title: EYFS Teacher Location: Kingston, London Start Date: September 2023
AN outstanding school based in Kingston is looking for a EYFS teacher to join our dynamic team at a thriving school located in Kingston. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified teacher to join our school community and make a positive impact on the learning and development of our youngest pupils.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and a deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum. They will be able to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that supports and challenges young children's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of all EYFS pupils
- Plan and prepare engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that encourage children's curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking
- Monitor children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents and carers
- Use effective behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support children's learning and development
- Promote the school's ethos and values through positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience of teaching in EYFS
- A thorough understanding
