EYFS Teacher - Full-Time, Long-Term - M11

Location: Manchester, M11
Start Date: January 2026
Salary: £130-£205 per day (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Contract: Long-term, ongoing

Reeson Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a supportive primary school in the M11 area. This is a fantastic full-time, long-term opportunity for an EYFS Teacher who is passionate about creating a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.

As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, supporting children's learning and development, and promoting early years' best practice. The successful candidate will have experience working with children across the EYFS, including Reception, Nursery, and Foundation Stage settings.

EYFS Teacher - Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, stimulating, and inclusive lessons as an EYFS Teacher
  • Support children's development across all areas of learning in the EYFS curriculum
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting activities to meet individual needs
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment as an EYFS Teacher
  • Work closely with colleagues and parents to support each child's learning journey
  • Lead and manage small groups, providing targeted support where needed
  • Encourage children's curiosity, independence, and confidence in the classroom
  • Promote positive behaviour and pastoral care within the EYFS setting
  • Support school-wide initiatives and contribute to curriculum planning
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed

EYFS Teacher - Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent experience as an EYFS Teacher
  • Proven experience teaching in EYFS, Nursery, or Reception
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best early years' practice
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
  • Passionate about early years education and child development as an EYFS Teacher
  • Ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
