EYFS Teacher Part Time (0.6)

Here at REESON Education we have had an exciting opportunity arise as we are currently recruiting for an Early Years Teacher (Part Time) at a 'Good' rated school in London Borough of Ealing. The school has a great ethos of which entails core values of Love, Trust, Teamwork and Ambition. You will be working with a large and successful team of practitioners, teachers and Nursery nurses.

School is well connected via the central line and accessible for drivers with a large secure staff car park.

The successful EYFS Teacher Part Time candidate will have:

  • Part time Contract
  • QTS Essential
  • Management experience desirable (not essential)
  • 2 years UK experience minimum

To raise achievement and outcomes of pupils by:

Providing an outstanding role model in:

  • Classroom organisation, classroom displays and promoting independence.
  • Standards achieved by children.
  • Planning and teaching, using a wide range of appropriate teaching and learning styles indoors and outdoors.
  • Differentiating work to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Assessment and recording of pupil's progress.

Curriculum Support:

To raise achievement and outcomes of pupils by:

  1. Having a detailed and thorough knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum (and some knowledge of the KS1 Curriculum), in order to support staff. This includes mentoring NQTs and teachers who need support in developing aspects of their practice.
  2. Having a detailed and thorough knowledge of Early Years Assessment procedures and guidance (and some knowledge of the KS1 Assessment procedures), in order to support staff.
  3. Being a role model for subject leadership, supporting other staff in their role as Subject Leaders, sharing best practise.
