- EYFS Teaching Assistants will provide classroom support and one-on-one assistance to young learners.
- They will collaborate closely with teachers and specialists to adapt learning materials and activities.
- EYFS Teaching Assistants will create a positive and inclusive environment that fosters young children's growth and development.
- Building strong rapport with students and offering guidance and mentorship.
- Implementing strategies to support children with mild needs, including ASC.
- Promoting a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion within the school.
- Previous experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant is highly desirable.
- Experience in supporting children with mild needs, including ASC, is advantageous.
- While a Cache Level 3 qualification is desired, it is not mandatory.
