Key Responsibilities:

  • EYFS Teaching Assistants will provide classroom support and one-on-one assistance to young learners.
  • They will collaborate closely with teachers and specialists to adapt learning materials and activities.
  • EYFS Teaching Assistants will create a positive and inclusive environment that fosters young children's growth and development.
  • Building strong rapport with students and offering guidance and mentorship.
  • Implementing strategies to support children with mild needs, including ASC.
  • Promoting a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion within the school.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant is highly desirable.
  • Experience in supporting children with mild needs, including ASC, is advantageous.
  • While a Cache Level 3 qualification is desired, it is not mandatory.
  • A genuine passion for working with young learners and helping them thrive.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and adaptability.
  • A proactive and positive approach to the role of an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
