Female PE Teacher
A position for a Female PE Teacher has become available at an excellent school in Enfield.
The post is suitable for both NQTs and experienced candidates, as well as those who are looking to develop a career as a PE Teacher, based on their current level of experience.
The school is looking to appoint for September 2019 on a full-time basis. A well experienced and keen Female PE Teacher is a must.
Candidates must have strong personal qualifications, with a 2:1 in a relevant subject from a good University and at least a B in PE at A Level.
Unqualified candidates, who perhaps would typically be applying for Graduate Teaching Assistant positions with a 2:1 in a relevant subject from a good University and at least a B in the respective subject at A Level. Candidates we're looking for would perhaps be aiming to undertake teacher training in the future but haven't done it yet and are interested in working as an unqualified teacher in an Outstanding school with a strong support network, in preparation for that.
The salary for this Female PE Teacher position will range from £26,662 to £43,348 depending on the experiences and qualifications of each candidate.
The School
The academy is a 3 to 18 all-through school in Enfield.
The academy was graded Outstanding in all areas of the Ofsted inspection of April 2015.
The first Year 7 cohort came to the school in 2014 and there are now 510 pupils in the secondary phase.
Requirements
Applications are welcome from teachers at any stage in their career including NQT's as well both British trained and overseas trained Female PE teachers.
As a minimum requirement, all applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position:
- UK QTS or Overseas Secondary School equivalent
- 2:1 in a relevant subject from a good University
- B in PE at A Level
