Qualified Film Studies Teacher needed for January 2023 at a highly academic Secondary school in South London.

You will need to teach KS4 to KS5 Film Studies (A Level & Vocational) for this Film Studies Teacher post.

Media teaching will be part of this Film Studies Teacher role.

This Film Studies Teacher role will be full time.

Standard class teacher responsibilities apply for this Film Studies Teacher position. This includes but isn't limited to planning lessons, assessing pupil progress and attending regular team meetings/parents evenings.

Should you wish to progress as a Film Studies Teacher, the school can offer a variety of CPD and Middle Management roles too.

The rates of pay for this Film Studies Teacher role will be between £130 to £250 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each candidate.

Requirements

You are welcome to apply if you are a newly qualified Film Studies Teacher or experienced Film Studies Teacher.

Applications are also welcome if you are a British trained Film Studies Teacher or overseas trained Film Studies Teacher.

All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position as a Film Studies Teacher:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Clear and up to date DBS
  • UK QTS or an overseas equivalent
  • Experience of teaching as a Film Studies Teacher in UK Secondary schools
