Within all the roles I have you will be expected to support the class teacher in order to keep up with time management and support them in all their needs. The Children will be needing to achieve certain targets and you will help them reach their very best in potential. You may be split up through the day with SEN support then academic support through half of the day, to assist with subjects such as English, maths, science.
