JOB DESCRIPTION

Maths and Science graduate's to work as teaching assistant's for a fantastic school in Central London. These teaching assistant position are ideal for graduate's supporting pupils at Key Stages 3 and 4. It will be whole class support, small groups and 1:1 work. The school achieves fantastic results and is well resourced and has excellent facilities. These posts can be offered on a full time basis to start after the half term break. This is a great opportunity to work in an exceptional school. The school is keen to look over graduate teaching assistant CVs and interview graduate's ASAP.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Working with and supporting students who require additional support in the classroom
  • Providing academic support, either one-on-one or in a small group.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom culture and providing emotional support when needed.
  • Implementing behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage focus.
  • Being aware of safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
