About the Role:
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs. You'll provide one-to-one and small group support, help pupils access learning, develop communication and social skills, and play a vital role in promoting a positive, inclusive school environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • A recent graduate (or final year student) with a strong academic background

  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEN

  • Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy and resilience

  • Previous experience working with children (voluntary, paid or personal) is desirable but not essential

  • An interest in psychology, education, social care or youth work would be an advantage
