Job: Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and hard - working Graduate Teaching Assistant interested in working at a primary school in North West London. The school is rated 'GOOD' by OFSTED and has an incredibly supportive SLT. You will provide support across different subjects for KS1 and KS2 students. If you are looking for a career in teaching this could be a really a fantastic opportunity for you. The role needs to be filled by the end of December and is long term till July 2022.
The Graduate Teaching Assistant role will include:
* Supporting pupils with their day to day needs
* Helping the class teacher with small group and intervention work
* An opportunity to work across different year groups to expand knowledge or the primary curriculum
* Assessing and accommodating individual learning needs of students
* Reporting on individual pupils progress
This school offers the School's Direct Training Programme, therefore the position would suit somebody who is looking to pursue a career in teaching in for the 2022/2023 academic year. You must be a recent graduate and child related experience would be an advantageous but essential. The selected applicant will work alongside other members of staff to support students with a variety of needs including behaviour, ASD and learning difficulties. You will be responsible for supporting learners in the classroom and may be required to work with students on a 1:1 basis.
