We're working with a Good-rated Ofsted primary school in Hackney, a 2-form entry school, who are looking to appoint a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis from ASAP until July 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate considering a career in education, teaching, or educational psychology.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEN
Offer general classroom support across the class
Support pupils with engagement, learning, and behaviour
Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
We're Looking For:
A graduate (any subject considered)
A genuine interest in working with children, particularly those with SEN
A proactive, patient, and supportive approach
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
