A friendly and ambitious primary school in Westminster is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching or education.
About the Role:
Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 in both group and one-to-one settings
Assist teachers with lesson delivery, classroom management, and resource preparation
Provide targeted academic and pastoral support for pupils with varying needs
Contribute to creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Help with extracurricular activities, school events, and enrichment opportunities
Ideal Candidate:
A recent graduate with a 2:2 or higher in any subject
Passionate about working with children and making a positive impact
Proactive, approachable, and reliable with strong communication skills
Flexible and adaptable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Previous experience working with children (in school, tutoring, sports coaching, or volunteering) is an advantage
