Reeson Education is seeking a motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join friendly and supportive schools in Enfield, including areas like Palmers Green, Southgate, and Edmonton.
This is the ideal role for a recent graduate who's keen to gain school-based experience before progressing into teacher training, clinical psychology, or a related field.
Graduate Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
Work alongside teachers to deliver high-quality lessons and interventions
Provide targeted support to pupils with SEN, including autism and SEMH
Help with classroom management and preparing learning materials
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
A graduate from a relevant degree background (Psychology, Education, Sociology etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach
A Graduate Teaching Assistant who is proactive, enthusiastic, and confident
Commitment to working full-time during term time
