Reeson Education are currently seeking a HLTA to work within a Primary school within the Borough of Wandsworth. This school helps support a small group of children with SEMH, ASD and other complex needs. We are looking for a HLTA that has strong experience with working with children of complex needs. The HLTA will be working closely with the teacher to help support a student 1:1 or in a small groups (3 -4).
This is a full-time position which would initially be on timesheets in the first instance with the potential of becoming permanent for the right candidate. The school works with students between the ages of 4 -10 and have less than 100 pupils. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an independent SEN School that is ran by a fantastic Headteacher.
As this vacancy is for a February start, it is key for any new member of staff that joins the school that a smooth transition takes place, in order to create minimal disruption for the students and staff.
