Higher Level Teaching Assistant Job Description
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will need to; develop great relationships with both the children and staff members, gain a strong understanding of the curriculum, be resourceful and use your initiative & take lead when necessary. It is vital that you have strong behaviour management as well. The successful candidate will be able to cover lessons if needed across KS1 & KS2.
