Reeson Education are seeking a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and welcoming primary school in Putney from November 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HLTA to support pupils across the school and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
The Role:
Covering lessons across all year groups (EYFS - KS2)
Leading small group interventions and supporting individual pupils
Assisting with planning and delivering engaging lessons
Providing support for pupils with SEN where required
Working closely with teachers and the wider support team
Ideal Candidate:
Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualification
Confident leading whole-class teaching when required
Experience supporting pupils across the primary age range
Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
