A welcoming and supportive primary school in Ealing is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, capable HLTA who is passionate about inclusive education and skilled in classroom cover.
About the Role:
Full-time HLTA position
Providing class cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 when required
Delivering small group interventions and supporting pupils with additional needs
Planning and adapting differentiated activities to meet the needs of SEND pupils
Working closely with class teachers and the SENDCO to ensure high-quality provision
Supporting pupil wellbeing and promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold HLTA status or be an experienced, confident Teaching Assistant with experience covering full classes
Have recent experience working across the primary age range
Be experienced in supporting children with SEND and differentiating activities accordingly
Be proactive, adaptable, and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
Be a positive, enthusiastic presence in the classroom
Start Date: September 2025
