Reeson Education is looking for a skilled and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Enfield. The successful HLTA will provide classroom cover, deliver planned lessons, and offer additional learning support across KS1 and KS2.

Role Details for the Higher Level Teaching Assistant:
Pay: £110-£140 per day (based on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Enfield, North London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (term time only)
Responsibilities of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant:
Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Support pupils in achieving lesson objectives and maintaining positive behaviour
Work with small groups and individuals to support learning and progress
Assist in planning and assessing learning activities under teacher direction
Provide additional classroom support and interventions where required
Requirements for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant:
HLTA qualification or equivalent essential
Previous experience working as an HLTA or experienced Teaching Assistant covering classes
Strong understanding of the national curriculum for primary education
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
