Adept History Teacher needed urgently in a prestigious coeducational school in South East London.
This History Teacher position will be full time.
Ideally you will be able to commit to a permanent position for this History Teacher role.
If appointed as a History Teacher, you will be expected to teach KS3 to KS4 History.
The ability to teach Sociology would be advantageous for this History Teacher post but is not essential.
The salary for this History Teacher position will be £34247 to £52463, depending on the experiences and qualifications of each applicant.
The School
A coeducational community school in Catford.
The school offers GCSEs and BTECs as programmes of study for pupils.
Recently the school entered in to a partnership with a very reputable independent school in the local area.
The partnership consists of projects and cross curricular activities between the schools. Highest achieving pupils from the school are then offered scholarships to the Sixth Form at the independent school.
In 2009 the school opened a purpose built campus with state of the art technologies and resources.
The school's goal is to make successful leaders, employees, citizens and family members out of its pupils.

Requirements
Applications are welcome if you're a newly qualified History Teacher or experienced History Teacher.
You can also apply if you're a British trained History Teacher or overseas trained History Teacher.

- Right to work in the UK
- UK QTS or an overseas equivalent
- Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
- Experience of working as a History Teacher in UK schools
