Daily Rate: £85 - £105 per day (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work in a welcoming and supportive primary school environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HLTA or someone working towards HLTA status who is passionate about making a real difference to children's learning and development.
As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You'll deliver planned lessons, lead interventions, and provide targeted support under the guidance of teachers and leaders.
What We're Looking For in an HLTA
- Holds (or is working towards) HLTA status or equivalent experience.
- As a HLTA you will have strong literacy and numeracy skills (minimum GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths).
- As a HLTA youw ill have experience leading whole-class learning under teacher direction.
- As a HLTA you will be highly organised, flexible, and resilient.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and families.
- Confidence in covering teacher absence when required.
- Skills to support pupils with specific learning and emotional needs.
- Commitment to helping every child flourish.
