JOB DESCRIPTION
HR Manager required for an outstanding school based in West London. The school are looking for an HR Manage to come and manager the school's recruitment and oversee the HR team. The school are looking for an HR Manager who ideally has school-based experience as a HR Manager The post can be offered on a permanent basis. The school are keen to look over CVs ASAP and meet HR Manager's over the next few weeks.

HR Team
They are looking to appoint a qualified and experienced HR Managrr to join the school The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Finance, and will oversee all HR activities, including employee recruitment, the maintenance of the Single Central Record (SCR) and the arrangement of cover for staff absences. They are looking for a proactive and positive individual who understands the importance of effective HR systems and processes within Education, and who has a genuine interest in contributing to the success of young people
REQUIREMENTS
