We have a new vacancy for a Key Stage 1 class teacher at a 1.5 form entry south London primary school, located between the bustling centre of Battersea and the open space of Clapham Common. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the school is now seeking an excellent Key Stage 1 class teacher to join their strong and highly motivated team. The school would love to hear from both newly qualified and experienced teachers. They school is also potentially open to discussing part-time candidates for this post.
Teachers here receive fantastic ongoing development and support. NQTs receive ten days of structured training during their first year of teaching, in addition to weekly CPD sessions and time with a dedicated in-school mentor. Experienced teachers will be supported and have many opportunities for progression, both within school and across our trust.
Existing teachers work regularly with teachers from their 'sister' school, allowing colleagues to learn, plan and assess together - so new teachers are able to access a fully developed set of curriculum resources and plans, as well as opportunities to watch others teach. They have specialist teachers for PE and a number of other subjects.
