SEN Teacher:

Reeson Education are currently looking for a Primary SEN Teacher for a September 2020 start. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a good Ofsted rated, special needs school situated in Croydon. This is a permanent position. This school specialises in educating students with complex learning difficulties. The successful SEN teacher needs to have previous experience working with children with SLD and PMLD and preferably be trained in primary key stage 1 as well as having prior experience working as part of an inclusive team. This school are looking for a teacher of Special needs across Primary, your role will be working as a class-based SEN teacher, you may be asked to teach whole classes, small groups or work with students on a 1:1 basis. As a SEN teacher in this school you will have access to fantastic resources.

This fantastic special school is situated in Croydon. They have approximately 100 students between the ages of 4 -19 and are planning to expand even more for September 2020. They can support pupils with severe learning difficulties as well as profound multiple learning difficulties. It is the school's focus to make sure they make a difference in all of their student lives, by providing excellent teaching and creating a safe environment for their pupils to learn within.

The Ideal Applicant:

The Headteacher is looking for a SEN Teacher with a can-do attitude, someone who is honest, resilient and most importantly respectful. As this vacancy is a September start it is key for any new member of staff that joins the school that a smooth transition takes place, in order to create minimal disruption for the students after the summer holidays.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children with complex needs in either a mainstream or a special school. We need someone who is highly confident in supporting students with complex needs.
