KS1 Teacher Job Description:
The Headteacher of this school is very friendly and approachable and takes great passion in providing a stimulating and inspiring environment for all children and staff. Students within Key Stage One are happy and perform well, both academically and within extra-curricular activities. This KS1 class is full of well-behaved pupils who are eager to learn. The school is well-resourced with a high allocation of PPA time and generous TA support for all classes. The school is located a short walk from a train and tube station, providing easy access from across London. There is also parking on-site.
There is scope for the successful KS1 Teacher to take on a lead teaching role within Key Stage One (KS1) moving forward and CPD opportunities within the school are very generous.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have UK Key Stage One (KS1) teaching experience, and will possess a Bachelor of Education or a PGCE. Candidates applying for this position must have a good understanding of the National Curriculum. Overseas trained teachers with relevant experience in a similar setting are welcome to apply.
