Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality, inspiring lessons to Key Stage 1 students, utilising a range of innovative teaching methods and resources. Planning and implementing a broad and balanced curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of our students, ensuring progress and attainment. Establishing positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree, along with experience in teaching EYFS/Key Stage 1.
- A thorough understanding of the KS1 curriculum, including the ability to effectively differentiate lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to maintain high standards of teaching and learning in a dynamic school environment.
