KS2 Maths Teacher
REESON Education are recruiting for a committed and gifted KS2 Maths Teacher to take on a permanent contract commencing shortly after school reopenings in April.
The role will entail teaching Maths across the KS2 Phase to classes of approximately 28 mixed ability pupils. As such, the successful KS2 Maths Teacher must be able to plan and successfully differentiate Maths modules to engage and challenge pupils of varying abilities.
The school itself is an OFSTED "Outstanding" 2 form entry located in the heart of Central London. The grounds boast state of the art facilities and there are a wide range of opportunities available for career progression and CPD. The school is well respected in the local community and successfully combines academic excellence with a family ethos and pastoral approach.
The ideal KS2 Maths Teacher will have a 2:1 or above degree certification in either Mathematics or Statistics from a leading UK University. Previous experience teaching Mathematics (either at Primary or Secondary level) would be preferred, but applications from NQTs specialising in Mathematics or unqualified specialists will also be considered.
As a successful KS2 Maths Teacher, you will be able to inspire pupils to adopt a love of Mathematics and pursue the subject through their educational journeys.
