A welcoming West London school are seeking an KS2 Phase Leader with a remit to overhaul their current KS2 team. For this post, you must be an innovative experienced Upper KS2 Teacher seeking greater responsibility or a current assertive KS2 Phase Leader who has accomplished all they can in their previous role and wants a new challenge.
The school wants to recruit a KS2 Phase Leader who has the responsibility to help aid the continued progress of all pupils. In this Leadership position, you will be leading the KS2 team alongside the rest of the middle leadership team.
It is essential that you lead this phase by example, producing outstanding learning outcomes and developing your team to strive for the same standards. Part of your role will include ensuring the school is up to speed with annual changes to the KS2 curriculum.
In addition, as an KS2 Phase Leader you will be observing all teachers across phase in order to develop standards of teaching and learning.
