  • Coach, mentor and inspire colleagues, modelling exceptional classroom practice
  • Deliver high-quality CPD as a Lead Practitioner of Design & Technology, supporting whole-school improvement
  • Work with the teaching and learning team to embed evidence-informed practice
  • Ensure that all students, regardless of background, achieve highly in Design & Technology
