REESON Education are working in partnership with an OFSTED "Outstanding" 2 form entry Primary school in the London Borough of Westminster. The school are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to work within a KS2 class on a contract basis from September.
The role will be full time, Monday - Friday and will be from September through to July. The role will be diverse, working both on a 1-1 basis with pupils with SEND as well as offering support to the whole class and small groups.
As a Learning Support Assistant you will need to be enthusiastic, engaging and able to manage behaviour in line with the school's policies. You will also directly support the class teacher with setting up activities, marking and arranging the classroom.
Previous experience working with SEND pupils, in particular ASD, would be preferred but not essential.
