A small one-form entry school based in the heart of Wandsworth SW18 are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a KS1 Child in Year 2. This position is to start as soon as possible. The role is a full-time, long term until the end of the academic year with the view to be extended into the next year. For the successful candidate, there is also the potential for a permanent contract to be offered.
The role: Learning Support Assistant
- Supporting a KS1 child on a 1:1 basis who has special educational needs.
- Being a positive role model
- Must be good with Behaviour management - diffusing challenging situations, de-escalating conflict.
