Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with their academic and social development, under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Assist in implementing individualised learning plans and strategies to meet student's specific needs and learning styles.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support students in their engagement with learning activities, promoting independence, and fostering a positive attitude towards education.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, behaviour, and well-being, and communicate effectively with the class teacher.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or working with children is desirable.
