Learning Support Assistant (Personal Care Focus)
Reeson Education, a renowned education recruitment agency, is currently recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a child in Reception who requires personal care. This long-term position is available for an immediate start, offering an invaluable opportunity to provide vital support to a young student in Earlsfield SW18.
As a Full-Time Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized care and support to a child in Reception who requires personal care assistance. Your role will involve assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, toileting, and any other specific needs identified by the child's care plan. You will work closely with the class teacher, parents, and other relevant professionals to ensure the child's well-being and engagement in the learning environment.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working with children who require personal care, ideally within an educational setting. You will have a compassionate nature, a patient approach, and the ability to build a trusting relationship with the child and their family. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a flexible attitude are essential in collaborating effectively with the school community.
