Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, especially in roles involving special educational needs (SEN), is highly valued.

- SEN Experience: Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other special educational needs is a significant advantage.
