A Learning Support Assistant is needed in a Mixed Secondary School in South West London.
This Learning Support Assistant role will be full time and long term, with the opportunity to go permanent.
Working hours for this Learning Support Assistant position are 8am to 4pm, with some flexibility over time.
If appointed as a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting 2 SEMH male pupils. One is in Year 7, and one is in Year 8.
Previous experience of supporting children/young people with Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs will be highly advantageous.
However, it is not essential, as the team are very supportive and can effectively guide you to begin working independently fast.
Key qualities in order to considered for this Learning Support Assistant post will include but not be limited to; demonstrating a positive attitude to work, adaptability to different environments and a willingness to learn/develop more.
The rates of pay for this Learning Support Assistant position will range from £72 to £100 a day, depending on the qualifications and experience of each candidate.

A non-selective mixed school for children aged 11 - 18.
The school has a 'Good' rating from Ofsted.
The A Level results have seen the school perform well above the national average for the past 3 years, placing them in the top 20% of schools for progress.
