Learning Support Assistant - Key Details:

Learning Support Assistant - Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to students with a range of learning needs, supporting their academic and social development
- Collaborate with teachers to create and implement tailored learning plans for individual students
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported
- Assist with general classroom duties and activities as needed
Learning Support Assistant - Requirements:
- Previous experience as a learning support assistant working with students, preferably in an educational setting
- As a learning support assistant, have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff
- As a learning support assistant, have flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students
- As a learning support assistant, have passion for supporting student's growth and success
