As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide invaluable support to students across EYFS-KS2, with some days involving 1:1 assistance. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in classroom activities and tasks as directed by the teacher. Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance. Supporting students with their learning and helping to reinforce key concepts. Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom. Learning Support Assistant - Requirements:
Previous experience working in a classroom setting is desirable but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively across different age groups and adapt to varying learning needs. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting student's learning.
