Reeson Education are currently looking for a Learning support assistant to work in a full-time role, in a PRU based in Harrow. This will be a long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. We are looking for a hardworking and intuitive individual who has strong behaviour management skills. Ideally the LSA should have prior experience working within a SEN or Mainstream school, a graduate would be preferred however this is not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are looking gain further experience in the Special Needs field.
This is a well-established pupil referral unit within the local area which is highly resourced. This is an Ofsted rated good school. They have approximately 70 pupils ranging between the ages of 5 - 16. This school is for those who have been permanently excluded from a mainstream setting or those who suffer from ill mental or physical health. This school can support around 160 pupils.
