Learning Support Assistant - Key Stage 1 | Bromley | ASAP Start
Reeson Education are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bromley. This is a full-time position working within Key Stage 1, supporting a child with Autism (ASD) on a 1:1 basis.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 support to a Key Stage 1 pupil with Autism (ASD)
Assist with classroom learning, behaviour, and social development
Implement individual support strategies and encourage independence
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to ensure consistent progress
Support with transitions, sensory needs, and emotional regulation
The Ideal Candidate:
Has previous experience supporting children with ASD or additional needs
Patient, nurturing and committed to supporting inclusive education
Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Available to work full time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm)
Has a genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive
