A welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school in Brockley is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their Year 4 team on a full-time basis starting September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development, especially those who may benefit from additional guidance in the classroom.
The Role:
Supporting pupils in Year 4, including those with mild additional needs
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Assisting with behaviour management, focus, and engagement
Providing 1:1 and small group support where needed
About You:
✅ Previous experience working with primary-aged children
✅ A calm, patient, and proactive approach
✅ Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice
✅ Able to commit to the full academic year
