Pay: £90-£115 per day

About the Role
A welcoming Lambeth primary school is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a Year 2 pupil with additional learning needs. The pupil benefits from personalised support to engage fully with lessons in a mainstream classroom setting. Trial days are available immediately prior to the February start.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will implement individualised support plans, assist with literacy and numeracy, and help the pupil develop confidence and independence. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to ensure progress and engagement throughout the school day.
The Ideal Candidate
The school is looking for a Learning Support Assistant who:
Has previous experience supporting pupils with SEN or learning difficulties
Can remain patient, consistent, and encouraging
Works well within a collaborative classroom team
Can adapt tasks and strategies to meet the pupil's needs
Holds an Enhanced DBS (or is willing to apply)
