Pay: £100-£120 per day

About the Role
A forward-thinking Tower Hamlets primary school is seeking a proactive Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in a Year 2 class who require additional help with attention, engagement, and early learning skills. This is a varied role combining in-class support with short, structured intervention sessions.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will help pupils remain focused during lessons, break down tasks into manageable steps, and support positive learning behaviours. The role is well-suited to someone who enjoys being active in the classroom and adapting support in real time.
The school is well organised, with clear routines, strong leadership, and a collaborative KS1 team.
The Ideal Candidate
The school is looking for a Learning Support Assistant who:
Has experience working in a primary classroom
Is confident supporting younger pupils in KS1
