Learning Support Assistant - Role Overview:
As a Learning Support Assistant in The Lighthouse, you will support children with SEND needs, focusing on Autism. The school seeks an experienced individual capable of hitting the ground running and positively impacting the student's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities for the Learning Support Assistant:
- Provide individualised support to students with SEND needs, particularly Autism
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery

- Support student's learning and development on a one-on-one or small group basis
