As a Learning Support Assistant in Year 4, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting pupils during English and Maths lessons to boost their progress
Offering one-to-one or small group interventions when needed
Managing low-level behavioural challenges and helping students remain engaged
Encouraging positive learning habits and promoting self-esteem
Assisting with class routines and helping to maintain a focused learning environment
