Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
REESON Education is working an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' secondary school in Barnet who are seeking a recent graduate or Learning Support Assistant to work in a varied role within a supportive staff team. The successful graduate or Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will be working with small groups and supporting whole class teaching and learning in this lovely secondary school.
The Headteacher of this secondary school is looking for a graduate or Learning Support Assistant who is looking to gain experience before a career in teaching. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a friendly and patient demeanour, and a good sense of humour work very well within this school. Lastly, a passion for education and learning, and an ability to build a strong rapport with students.
The role is to begin from September 2020. Interviews for the Learning Support Assistant (LSA) role will be held as and when successful CVs are received.

Minimum requirements to apply for the Graduate Teaching Assistant position:
