Learning Support Assistant - Key Role Responsibilities

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play an essential part in helping children to access learning, feel confident, and reach their full potential. Your role will include:

  • Supporting pupils within the classroom alongside the class teacher
  • Providing 1:1 support to children with additional needs
  • Working with small groups to boost confidence and progress
  • Helping to build strong, positive relationships
