Learning Support Assistant - Key Role Responsibilities
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play an essential part in helping children to access learning, feel confident, and reach their full potential. Your role will include:
- Supporting pupils within the classroom alongside the class teacher
- Providing 1:1 support to children with additional needs
- Working with small groups to boost confidence and progress
- Helping to build strong, positive relationships
