Learning Support Assistant

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support for pupils, helping them make good progress during lessons. The successful Learning Support Assistant will demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.
What we're looking for in a Learning Support Assistant:
- GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to use initiative and work as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in a mainstream setting is desirable but not essential.
- Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality.
