Reeson Education is recruiting a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with additional needs across welcoming primary schools in Waltham Forest. Starting in September 2025, this is a brilliant opportunity for a caring and proactive individual who is passionate about inclusive education.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work 1:1 and with small groups of pupils, helping children with SEN such as autism (ASD), ADHD, or speech and language difficulties to access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
Learning Support Assistant - Key Details:
Full-time, term-time only
Daily pay: £82.14 - £100 depending on experience
Work across schools in Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford
Support children in EYFS, KS1 and KS2
What We're Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant:
Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in SEN support
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
Ability to adapt learning materials and support strategies
A genuine passion for helping children progress
