Location: Primary schools across Havering
Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:
- Support pupils in class as a Learning Support Assistant, helping them access the curriculum.
- Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and structured lessons as a Learning Support Assistant.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support as a Learning Support Assistant.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with classroom organisation and daily school activities as a Learning Support Assistant.
We're Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant:
- Experience working with children in schools or childcare settings.
- A caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant who enjoys supporting young learners.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
