Level 5 Early Years Educator | £13.50 - £14.50 per hour | Full-Time | Leyton, Waltham Forest

Reeson Education is excited to offer a full-time position for a highly qualified Level 5 Early Years Educator in Leyton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator looking to take a leadership role in planning, mentoring, and curriculum delivery.

Key Responsibilities for a Level 5 Early Years Educator:

  • Design and lead EYFS curriculum development tailored to children's needs.

  • Conduct detailed assessments and use data to guide planning.

  • Mentor junior staff and lead training initiatives across the nursery.

  • Maintain and evaluate quality standards in line with Ofsted expectations.

  • Engage with parents and support learning at home.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance in health, safety, and safeguarding.

  • Work alongside leadership to manage staff rotas and support operations.

Ideal Candidate for a Level 5 Early Years Educator:

  • Holds a Level 5 qualification in Early Years Education.

  • Has extensive experience in early years education and leadership.

  • Understands the EYFS framework in depth.

  • Demonstrates excellent leadership and mentoring ability.

Pay and Hours for a Level 5 Early Years Educator:

  • Pay: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour

  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
